At ZainDraws, we believe that receiving art should feel just as special as collecting it. Every order is prepared and packed with care to ensure your artwork reaches you safely.

This policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver individual products and Art Mail Club memberships.

1. Individual Product Orders

All individual product orders, including art prints, illustrations, and other available artwork, will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation and successful payment.

Please note:

• The 7-business-day period refers to order processing and dispatch, not the final delivery date.

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service.

• You will receive tracking details when available.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

We take additional care when packaging collectible artwork to help protect it during transit.

2. Art Mail Club Membership Shipping

The ZainDraws Art Mail Club is designed to bring a little art and inspiration to your mailbox every month.

Monthly dispatch schedule: Art Mail Club orders will be dispatched at the beginning of each calendar month.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Membership mailers are prepared and shipped in monthly batches.

• Delivery dates may vary depending on your location and postal or courier services.

• If you join after the monthly dispatch batch has been prepared or sent, your first mailer may be included in the following month's batch.

• For recurring memberships, your payment and renewal schedule will follow the terms displayed at checkout.

• Membership fees cover the mailers specified in your chosen plan.

We will do our best to ensure every mailer is packed thoughtfully and dispatched according to the monthly schedule.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any shipping benefits included with an Art Mail Club membership will be specified in the relevant membership description.

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on the destination, courier or postal service, and other logistical factors.

While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated timelines, dispatch within 7 business days does not guarantee delivery within 7 business days.

Delays caused by courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order.

ZainDraws cannot guarantee delivery if an address or contact number is incorrect or incomplete. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the details if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply to reshipments caused by incorrect address information, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking information.

For damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the artwork and packaging where possible.

We will review the situation and work towards an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. International Shipping

International shipping availability, charges, delivery estimates, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be communicated where relevant before purchase.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
